It is with great sadness that we inform you of the passing of NCJAR Member, Thomas Licciardi of Coldwell Banker in Mountain Lakes.
Thomas embarked on a career in real estate and construction. He founded and owned Town & Country Real Estate, in Denville, NJ. One of Thomas's achievements was the prize-winning conversion of the Community Methodist Church of Denville into condominiums in 1986 with his partner and dear friend Paul Mannherz. He later was a successful agent for Weichert, Bergdorff, Remax, and most recently the Mountain Lakes office of Coldwell Banker.

It is with great sadness that we inform you of the passing of NCJAR Member, Jordan Baris of Jordan Baris Real Living, Inc. in West Orange.
Baris founded Jordan Baris, Inc. in 1952, and 68 years later is still in business as Jordan Baris Real Living under the leadership of his son, Ken Baris. Funeral Services were held privately by zoom.

It is with great sadness that we inform you of the passing of NCJAR Member, Louis Pompilio of C-21 Louis Pompilio in Scotch Plains.
Lou’s family will not be holding a memorial service immediately due to COVID-19. Instead they hope to gather in New Jersey in August, when Lou would have celebrated his 79th birthday.

It is with great sadness that we inform you of the passing of former NCJAR Member, Emerlinda White of White Realty in Union, NJ.
In 1950, Erma and her late husband, Jim White, founded the James F. White Realty Co, which today is one of the oldest family-owned and operated real estate businesses in NJ. Daughter Joan, current Broker of Record and husband David Weisbrod, continue Erma & Jim’s legacy of White Realty today. Erma held real estate and insurance broker licenses and was a 40-year Realtor® Emeritus of the National Association of Realtors®.
A celebration of Erma's life will be held when possible. Donations in her honor can be made to the Center for Hope Hospice, cfhh.org.
It is with great sadness that we inform you of the passing of NCJAR Member, John VonSternberg, of Coldwell Banker in Mountain Lakes.
Services will be private, provided by Codey and Mackey Funeral Home in Boonton. The Mountain Lakes Volunteer Fire Department is going to escort John to the fire house one last time on Thursday May 14. The procession is departing at 1 p.m. from Codey & Mackey Funeral Home in Boonton, N.J., going along the Boulevard to the Mtn. Lakes fire station. If you wish to pay your last respects to John, please practice social distancing along the Boulevard.

Jose was a product designer for Jomar Displays for 34 years and was currently working as a realtor for Rosa Agency in Newark, NJ. In light of the current circumstances, Jose's funeral arrangements are private.

It is with great sadness that we inform you of the passing of Irwin Schrager of Elite Realtors of New Jersey in Livingston.
Irwin has been in real estate for 40 years and was Regional Manager of Re/Max Village Square, Broker Manager of Re/Max Village Square and Broker/Salesperson of Elite Realtors. Irwin worked with his wife, Sandy, and together they strived to make each transaction a pleasant experience. He was also a member of the NJAR distinguished sales club.
