It is with sadness that we inform you of the passing of NCJAR Member, Patrick D'Aquila of Patrick J. D'Aquila Realty in Verona.
At the age of 82, Patrick started his own real estate brokerage, Patrick J. D'Aquila Realty, under which he mentored his daughter-in-law.
In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital may be made.

It is with sadness that we inform you of the passing of NCJAR Member, Joseph Pisapia from All Towne Realty in Clark.
Vising will be Thursday, October 22, 2020 from 2pm-6pm. All attendees of the viewing and Mass must wear and practice social distancing and adhere to all guidelines/mandates that have been issued by CDC.

There will be a viewing on Sunday, October 18, 2020 from 2-6pm at Memorial Funeral Home, 155 South Avenue, Fanwood. A Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, October 19, 2020 at 10am at St. Bernard's RC Church, 368 Sumner Avenue, Plainfield.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Center for Hope Hospice in Scotch Plains or Memorial Sloan Kettering in Basking Ridge would be appreciated by the family.

It is with sadness that we inform you of the passing of NCJAR Member, Dianne White of Weichert Realtors in Short HIlls.
Dianne has received many honors and awards over the years, including the New Jersey Association of Realtors (NJR) Circle of Excellence, NJR Distinguished Sales Club (lifetime), Weichert President's Club, Weichert Ambassador's Club, and Weichert Million Dollar Club. She was named a 5-Star Real Estate Agent by NJ Monthly Magazine in multiple years. Her clients praised her as being persistent, honest, hard-working, detail-oriented and, most importantly, genuinely concerned with their specific needs and desires. As one client said: "Because of her, we can enjoy this house, see our kids grow and find life beautiful."
A celebration of life is planned for Saturday, October 24, 2020 at 2pm at The Presbyterian Church of Chatham Township, 240 Southern Blvd, Chatham Township, NJ 07928.

It is with great sadness that we inform you of the passing of NCJAR Member, Thomas Licciardi of Coldwell Banker in Mountain Lakes.
Thomas embarked on a career in real estate and construction. He founded and owned Town & Country Real Estate, in Denville, NJ. One of Thomas's achievements was the prize-winning conversion of the Community Methodist Church of Denville into condominiums in 1986 with his partner and dear friend Paul Mannherz. He later was a successful agent for Weichert, Bergdorff, Remax, and most recently the Mountain Lakes office of Coldwell Banker.

Baris founded Jordan Baris, Inc. in 1952, and 68 years later is still in business as Jordan Baris Real Living under the leadership of his son, Ken Baris. Funeral Services were held privately by zoom.

Lou’s family will not be holding a memorial service immediately due to COVID-19. Instead they hope to gather in New Jersey in August, when Lou would have celebrated his 79th birthday.

In 1950, Erma and her late husband, Jim White, founded the James F. White Realty Co, which today is one of the oldest family-owned and operated real estate businesses in NJ. Daughter Joan, current Broker of Record and husband David Weisbrod, continue Erma & Jim’s legacy of White Realty today. Erma held real estate and insurance broker licenses and was a 40-year Realtor® Emeritus of the National Association of Realtors®.
A celebration of Erma's life will be held when possible. Donations in her honor can be made to the Center for Hope Hospice, cfhh.org.
It is with great sadness that we inform you of the passing of NCJAR Member, John VonSternberg, of Coldwell Banker in Mountain Lakes.
Services will be private, provided by Codey and Mackey Funeral Home in Boonton. The Mountain Lakes Volunteer Fire Department is going to escort John to the fire house one last time on Thursday May 14. The procession is departing at 1 p.m. from Codey & Mackey Funeral Home in Boonton, N.J., going along the Boulevard to the Mtn. Lakes fire station. If you wish to pay your last respects to John, please practice social distancing along the Boulevard.
