Congratulations to Steven Siracusa of Coldwell Banker Realty, Maplewood, for being selected to receive the North Central Jersey Association of Realtors® (NCJAR®) Rookie of the Year Award. The Rookie of the Year award is bestowed on a member who has been a Realtor® for three years or less and displays exemplary work in both the business and community outreach sectors.
Steven, as a solo agent, has been named one of the top agents in Coldwell Banker and has achieved the 2021 Gold level of the New Jersey Realtors® Circle of Excellence Sales Award®, producing more than $20,000,000 in volume across seven counties, 22 towns serving 40 clients.
Steven volunteers within his community as the head boys varsity basketball coach of Scotch Plains, as well as the freshman baseball coach and girl’s freshman soccer coach in New Providence. In addition to his coaching, Steven and his high school basketball team helps out at a special needs basketball clinic at the Newmark School in Scotch Plains. Steven also co-founded and operates “STRIVE in Sports” in which he runs various sports camps and clinics for boys’ and girls’ grades 1-9 across Union County with an emphasis on the core values: Sportsmanship, Teamwork, Respect, Integrity, Versatility, and Enthusiasm.
Steven began a “Real Estate Club” for New Providence High School where he teaches students all facets of the real estate industry. This includes the ins and outs, including information about careers in real estate, and setting goals to establish a solid foundation for their future.
