Congratulations to William “Bill” Flagg of ERA Queen City Realty, Scotch Plains, for being selected to receive the prestigious North Central Jersey Association of Realtors® (NCJAR) “REALTOR® of the Year” Award for 2022.

Bill is in the NAR RPAC Hall of Fame since 2019, which recognizes dedicated members who have made a significant commitment to RPAC over the years by investing an aggregate lifetime amount of at least $25,000. In 2022, Bill was awarded Five Star Professional Real Estate Agent. He was also designated and approved as a listee on Marquis Who’s Who in America in 2022.
Bill was instrumental in orchestrating two first-time NCJAR events. In partnership with the Metropolitan Baptist Church in Newark, NCJAR hosted a Homebuyer’s Fair & Expo in July. The Fair was attended by over 250 Newark residents and the surrounding areas. We had 20 industry professionals who assisted renters with credit repair, legal assistance, mortgage information and workshops in order to give them the tools and resources towards a path to home ownership. Bill is passionate about his charities for which, NCJAR raised monies for both Morris/Union Habitat for Humanity and The Elizabeth Coalition to House the Homeless.
Bill also brought us another first; Membership Appreciation Day at the Hilton Parsippany in September. We had three nationally acclaimed speakers along with food trucks serving us lunch, while our DJ played music.
Bill truly exemplifies what the Realtor® “Spirit” is all about, and we are proud that he is a member of our NCJAR Realtor® family.
