NJRN & New Jersey Real Estate Commission Licensing Fees for Renewing NJRN Agents & New Jersey Continuing Education Information
- NJRN Dues are due by each January 1st.
NJRN Dues are due each January 1st. Invoices are emailed to each agent from NJRN. Renewing agents pay online HERE. If dues are not paid, license will be sent back to the New Jersey Real Estate Commission.
- New Jersey Real Estate License Renewal
New Jersey Real Estate License renewal is every two years for every agent in New Jersey. The current licensing cycle is 2023-2025. License renewal is $100.00 and is payable to NJRN. Agents are invoiced by email for this renewal. Each agent is responsible to pay the renewal fee and complete this QUALIFYING QUESTIONNAIRE before license may be renewed. If renewal is not completed, license will become inactive.
- NJ Continuing Education & Referral Agents
Referral agents are not required to complete continuing education courses. However, continuing education is required to change your license type. The amount and type of continuing education required varies depending on whether you were previously licensed as a salesperson, broker-salesperson or broker and the length of time you have been licensed as a referral agent.
