The Garden State Multiple Listing Service (GSMLS) is an organization that provides real estate services to the Northern New Jersey area.

Once you become a member of NCJAR, we will sign and submit your GSMLS application to the MLS.

You will receive an email with your 6-digit Agent ID number within 24-48 hours.
- Once you have received the email, you can login to the GSMLS website. You will then be prompted to pay the participation fee in order to complete your GSMLS membership.
- You must sign up for the GSMLS mandatory Online Computer class to familiarize yourself with the website/system.
