NCJAR Officers
NCJAR officers are the driving force behind the association’s strategic direction and policy making. These accomplished individuals work on advocacy, professional standards, and business services, ensuring a robust support system for our members.
NCJAR Trustees
The Board of Trustees represents the members of NCJAR and is responsible for governing the Association. They establish policies for the mutual benefit of the members and oversee various responsibilities, such as finance management, audit authorization, and liaison service to a committee. Trustees also support RPAC and Calls to Action, abide by the Realtor® Code of Ethics and are familiar with NCJAR's Strategic Plan, Bylaws, and Policies.
NCJAR Past Presidents
NCJAR past leaders provide valuable advice and guidance to current officers and board members. They provide insights regarding prior practices and operations which help ensure effective association management. Additionally, they contribute to developing and implementing strategic plans for the association's long-term success.
NCJAR NAR Directors
NAR Directors govern at the National Association of Realtors® level. They approve Association expenditures, set membership dues, establish governing policies, and approve amendments. Directors must know and report issues, participate in meetings, and bring matters of concern to the Association. The NAR Board of Directors depends on their experience, knowledge, judgment, and spirit.
