As the state arm of the National Association of Realtors® (NAR), with over 1.1 million members, NJ Realtors® is part of one of North America's most influential and extensive trade associations. It's important to note that not all real estate agents are Realtors®. Realtors® are a select group of licensed real estate agents who demonstrate exceptional knowledge, success, and trustworthiness in their field. They are bound by a rigorously enforced Code of Ethics, which promotes fairness, ethics, and honesty in every real estate transaction. Agents who are not Realtors® do not adhere to these same ethical practices and principles.
