Each year, the North Central Jersey Association of Realtors® collaborates with local Realtor Associations to host the New York & New Jersey Regional Diversity Equity Inclusion Summit. NCJAR members attend the summit where national speakers discuss the impact of equity on the industry, different facets of diversity, and why inclusion is critical to the future of both the industry and the communities we serve. The goal of the summit is to foster curiosity and deepen the understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion in personal and professional careers. Additionally, it aims to equip attendees with the skills needed to successfully implement actionable steps for impactful change.
