It is with great sadness that we inform you of the passing of Tom O'Connor of Terrie O'Connor Realtors in Ramsey.
Tom retired to help his wife, Terrie, as their family real estate business was growing. Tom had continued to be an integral part of the business and is known by all their associates for his winning smile and ever encouraging words. At this time of state ordered "shelter in place" no arrangements can be made for services.

It is with great sadness that we inform you of the passing of John Klukowicz of JK Realtors in Clifton, NJ.
John established JK Realty in Clifton in 1989 and was a businessman for 31 years. John was a commercial and residential real estate broker as well as an insurance broker. He was a member of the National Realtors Association, the New Jersey Board of Realtors.

Mary worked as a realtor for over forty years, most recently for Coldwell Banker of Ringwood. All services will be held privately. A memorial will be held at a later date.

Memorial visiting hours will be held at Bradley, Smith & Smith Funeral Home, 415 Morris Avenue in Springfield, NJ on Saturday, January 18, 2020 from 10am to moon and again at Basking Ridge Country Club, Basking Ridge, NJ, from 1pm - 4pm for a celebration of life.

It is with great sadness that we inform of the passing of NCJAR Member, Diane Epp of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices NJ Properties in Livingston, NJ. Diane served as President of NCJAR in 2008, on the Board of Trustees for many years, and devoted her life to helping others.
A private memorial service is being planned by the family.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Diane's memory to The Valerie Fund or the Mount Pleasant Animal Shelter would be greatly appreciated by her family.
