It is with sadness that we inform you of the passing of NCJAR Member Katarzyna Sumara, of Samsel & Associates, Clark.
Family and friends are invited to the visitation in the Kowalski Funeral Home, 515 Roselle Street, Linden on Sunday, July 31st. from 4:00-7:00PM. On Monday, August 1st. at 9:45AM, everyone will gather directly at St. Theresa of the Child Jesus Roman Catholic Church, Linden where the funeral mass will be offered at 10:00AM. The prayers of committal will precede Katarzyna’s burial in the family plot in Fairview Cemetery, Westfield. In lieu of flowers, donations to assist with the funeral expenses can be sent to Katarzyna’s gofundme page http://gofund.me/e28CF6CA.

It is with sadness that we inform you of the passing of NCJAR Member, Marjorie Cuccaro of Berkshire Hathaway, Westfield.
Margie began her career in real estate in the early 1980’s, so that her work schedule could be flexible while she was raising her family. Her real estate career went on to span the course of four decades. She was passionate about her job and helped hundreds of people find their dream home through the years. Most recently, she was the manager of Berkshire Hathaway’s Westfield office, a job that she loved and never wanted to retire from.
Visitation will take place on Monday, June 6, from 4-8pm at Higgins and Bonner Echo Lake Funeral Home in Westfield. The funeral mass will be on Tuesday, June 7 at 9:30am at St. Bartholomew the Apostle Church in Scotch Plains. To In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Sunshine Kids in honor of Marjorie Cuccaro at www.sunshinekids.org.

A Memorial Mass will be held on June 20, 2022, at 11:00AM at St. Catherine of Siena Church 10 North Pocono Road Mt. Lakes, NJ 07046, followed by a celebration of Cynthia’s life at the Indian Lake Community Club in Denville, NJ.

Alise held her real estate license for over 40 years and worked at Weichert in Chester for the last 24 years until her death. She mentored many agents over the years which gave her great pride.

Ron was a Realtor for over 40 years working for Maylock Realty prior to joining Destiny Realty. He also worked for Western Electric for 30 years, as well as serving as a Newark police officer. He loved spending time with his family and friends. He was an amateur photographer and scuba diver, enjoying trips to the Caribbean two or three times a year.
