NCJAR has been alerted to an attempted scam involving a fraudulent land listing in Frankford, Sussex County.
A person impersonating a property owner is contacting real estate agents via Homes.com, requesting listing services for 298 Wantage Ave, Frankford, NJ. The impersonator uses the following false identity:
