By completing this course, you should have a basic understanding of what an investor is looking for when choosing a Realtor® to build a long term relationship with. When working with an investor, you can generate up to 3 transactions per house, and, this class will explain the following:

• What are some of the lending options available to investors, and how do they differ from traditional mortgage products
• Submitting offer on HUD and REO properties is like
• The importance of an accurate CMA
• Marketing of the home once the home is ready for re-sale and how you help your investor prepare
• The process your investor will go through with permits, inspections, and construction
