NJ Realtors® Circle of Excellence Sales Award Application Deadline

The prestigious NJ Realtors Circle of Excellence Sales Award recognizes outstanding achievement in the field of real estate salesmanship. Applications for this highly regarded program have been open since August 1 and will CLOSE at 5:00 PM EST on January 13, 2025.

All applications must be submitted online through the NJ Realtors platform. Log in to apply HERE.

Award Levels for 2024

The Circle of Excellence Sales Award is structured across four levels based on sales volume and units achieved in 2024:

• Platinum: $20 million and 30 units minimum, or 125 units
• Gold: $12 million and 25 units minimum, or 90 units
• Silver: $6.5 million and 20 units minimum, or 70 units
• Bronze: $2.5 million and 15 units minimum, or 30 units

Updates to the Program

Rental Calculations:
The method for calculating rental units has been updated as follows:

• Long-Term Rentals: Each long-term rental equals 1 unit, with the dollar value calculated as the gross value of the lease.
  Example: $1,000/month for 12 months = $12,000.
• Short-Term Rentals: Ten short-term rentals equal 1 unit, with the dollar value calculated as the gross value of the lease.
  Example: $1,000/month for 3 months = $3,000.

These updated calculations apply to both dollar and unit-based qualification methods.

Non-MLS Rental Transactions:
The lease start date will now be used as the qualifying date for non-MLS rental transactions. Transactions listed in the MLS will continue to use the close date.

Certification and Designation Requirements

All requirements for designations and certifications must be completed between November 4, 2023, and November 15, 2024. This includes coursework, application fees, and the submission of required materials. The National Association of Realtors or its authorized provider must confirm your completion by December 31, 2024.

Distinguished Sales Club Award

NJ Realtors members who have been recipients of the Circle of Excellence Sales Award for 10 years (not necessarily consecutively) are eligible for the Distinguished Sales Club Award.
