The purpose of our special membership meeting is to act upon a proposal for merging the North Central Jersey Association of REALTORS® with the Passaic County Board of REALTORS®. 

This exciting merger brings together the assets of two associations that have the commonality of goals of providing our members with the tools and resources you need to be the most productive and successful in your business. This merger will offer you, our members, the additional board office location in Wayne with full membership services including education, dispute resolution resources, community involvement, GSMLS membership and keys, committees, and events. Our name remains North Central Jersey Association of REALTORS®, the largest local association in New Jersey with 13,000 members representing the counties of Morris, Essex, Union and Passaic, as well as serving members in Sussex, Somerset, and Bergen counties. Our dues remain the same.  Our members will have an even stronger voice on the state and national levels.
