NCJAR YPN - Cocktails for a Cause
On October 14th, NCJAR’s YPN will be teaming with Project Purple* to invite you to an evening of epic proportions. Hosted at the historic Landmark Loew’s Jersey Theatre in Jersey City, this event will offer a night of music, food, drinks and prizes all in an effort to raise money for pancreatic cancer research. *Project Purple is 501(c)(3) not for profit organization with a mission of raising awareness and funds towards a cure for pancreatic cancer. Our ultimate goal is to see a cure put us out of business in the next five years. Sadly the statistics are staggering. Pancreatic cancer is the 4th largest killer of all cancer killers and the least funded of the top 10 cancers. It is also the only cancer on the top 10 list with a single digit survival rate after 5 years.
This is why we are calling on you to learn more and spread awareness for this cause.
