Ethics Complaints and Arbitration Requests require a continuing and conscientious concern for procedural due process.  A fair and diligent search for the truth, an opportunity for all facts to be gathered, all views to be heard, all defenses to be raised and all prejudice or bias to be expunged.

Our 2016 Grievance and Professional Standards Committee training will include an in depth journey through all of these due process concerns and procedures with lecture, interactive discussion and you as the hearing panel for a mock hearing.

Continental breakfast and lunch will be served. 

Members of both committees are encouraged to attend both sessions.
