Upon completion of the course, the Licensee will have additional information and methods to broaden their explanation, review, presentation and delivery of the various documents required in the purchase or sale of real estate.

Presentation delivery will incorporate questions and subsequent discussion related to various Real Estate Rules, Regulations and Business Practices as to: Must You Do It, Do You Do It, When You Do It, How You Do It, How You Could Do It, Should You Do It.

This class will go over listing appointment disclosures, buyer inquiries, attorney review, mortgage qualifying, open houses, property inspection, obtaining listings, closing costs, pre-closing, and the real estate contract.
