In the one-day course, "Pricing Strategies: Mastering the CMA,"  we will illustrate how to select appropriate comparables and make accurate adjustments, guide sellers and buyers through the details of CMAs and the underlying pricing principles that inform them, and interact effectively with appraisers. 

Enhance your skills in pricing properties, creating CMAs, working with appraisers, and guiding clients through the anxieties and misperceptions they often have about home values with the PSA certification.

Pricing Strategies: Mastering the CMA is an approved elective for the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designations.

Earn 1 unit towards NJ REALTORS ® Circle of Excellence Sales Award by completing all requirements for obtaining a designation or certification, including course work and paying application fees, etc. Requirements must be completed by November 3, 2023, no exceptions.
