Alexia Smokler, NAR's Senior Policy Representative for Fair Housing, and Leslie J. Frazier, MPA, Virginia Realtors®, SVP of Community and Industry Relations, will be joining in to discuss fair housing inequities and how to talk about it with confidence. 

Alexia will address some of the past and present Fair Housing complexities and the challenges you may face right here in New Jersey. She will define ways to Be The Change with information and education.  Leslie will help you "Make Room for Conversation" by defining our differences' and increasing the understanding of the communities you serve.
