Session: Online Reviews - The Best Methods to Increase Your Review Ratings
Mission: In this session you will learn the importance of peer influence and online reviews. Agents will develop new strategies to obtain higher review completion and exposure.
Covered Course Work:
The Amazon Effect: Amazon has changed the way consumers shop for products and services. Reviews are now king. We will explore the physiological effects of review based buying decisions in the modern economic environment.
Online Review Systems: What systems are available for online reviews? In class the following online review engines will be covered: Facebook, Zillow, Realtor.com, Google, Trulia, Yelp, Social Survey
How to ask and receive: The class will learn the best time to ask for a review in the transaction and the best execution for receiving the hightest number of reviews
You get now you have to give: The class will learn that receiving is not everything it is also great to thank and return a great review to your referral partners and clients.
