2020 Realtors® Affordable Lending Initiative

The goal of the Freddie Mac and New Jersey Realtors® Affordable Lending Initiative is to educate Realtors® on the affordable housing story, the lending products, and resources available. Realtors® will be able to share these resources with their clients, increasing mortgage affordability for first-time home buyers and low and moderate income households.
