BROKER: 30 Hour Ethics & Agency
This 30 hour course delves into the subject of real estate Agency and Ethics and fulfills a portion of the 150 hour education requirement for Broker candidates. Candidates may NOW take components of the Broker course in any order.

To qualify for the NJ REC Broker course, individuals must be continuously licensed as a salesperson for 3+ years full time prior to state exam/submitting broker application to NJREC.
