This regional real estate two-day Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Summit is designed to build curiosity while exploring your understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) within your personal and professional career.

During the summit we will review the correlation between fair housing and DEI, how DEI makes business sense, and the implicit biases that continue to plague our industry.

The summit will help us uncover insights into forging diversity, equity, and inclusion as brokers, agents, managers, association boards/staff and affiliate partners. We will explore the things we don't know, learn the skills we need to be successful and create actionable steps for impactful change.
