This course will give you the basics of Commercial Lending. You will learn the differences between a residential and commercial loans. You will learn the different programs available for commercial lending and how to qualify someone for a commercial loan. Also, the way loans are structured and what a term sheet would look like. By the end, you will have a good handle on how commercial financing works.
Lunch will be provided during class.
