At NCJAR, we’re proud of our commitment to diversity and inclusiveness. We recognize the importance of celebrating Pride Month as it helps bring awareness to the rights and dignity of all LGBTQ+ individuals. The month of June reminded us that we must continue to support our LGBTQ+ communities by providing resources and advocating for equality.
Real estate agents have a unique role in helping LGBTQ+ individuals find or purchase their perfect home. Agents should be aware of the needs and concerns specific to this community, such as legal protections for same-sex couples when it comes to mortgages, tenancy laws, and other real estate related matters.
In observance of the holiday, NCJAR board offices will be Closing EARLY at 12pm on Monday, July 3rd and CLOSED on Tuesday, July 4th.
We will re-open at our regular business hours (M-F 9am-4:30pm) on Wednesday, July 5, 2023.
Have a Happy & Safe Holiday Weekend!
