NCJAR News
June is National Homeownership Month, and NCJAR is excited to promote the National Association of Realtors (NAR) Homeownership Month website, a comprehensive resource for REALTORS® and their communities. Let's explore how you can utilize these tools and resources to support homeownership and enhance your advocacy efforts.
Social Media Graphics and Photofy Assets
Kick off Homeownership Month by showcasing your support with personalized social graphics. NAR offers a full suite of Photofy Homeownership Month assets that you can easily customize and share on your social media accounts. Download these engaging graphics to connect with your audience and spread awareness about the importance of homeownership.
Housing Supply Accelerator Playbook
Navigating housing supply challenges can be complex, but the Housing Supply Accelerator Playbook offers a clear roadmap. Developed by the American Planning Association and the National League of Cities, and supported by NAR, this playbook provides a menu of options tailored to local needs. Leverage this resource to address housing supply issues in your community effectively.
We hope you enjoyed an unforgettable evening of networking and celebration at Fogo de Chao on Thursday, June 6th! It was wonderful to see so many members come together to kick off the summer season and celebrate Pride in such a spirited fashion.
Thank you for taking the time to connect, share stories, and enjoy the delicious appetizers and drinks. Your participation made the event truly special, and we hope you left with new contacts, insights, and happy memories.
Today, we shine a light on the incredible Angela Larkin, whose dedication and compassion truly make a difference in our community. Angela is always there when the Human Needs Food Pantry needs a helping hand, never hesitating to drop everything to serve those in need.
Whether it's filling in as a substitute or supporting our operations, Angela's unwavering commitment ensures no one goes hungry. Her selflessness and readiness to assist at a moment's notice inspire us all.
Thank you, Angela, for your outstanding generosity and spirit. We are so grateful to have you as a part of our community!

As we embark on Pride Month, it is disheartening to see recent events overshadowing this time of celebration and inclusivity. The National Association of Realtors® (NAR) has faced an outpouring of hate-filled comments against the LGBTQ+ community on its social media platforms, simply for expressing support for Pride Month.
At the North Central Jersey Association of Realtors (NCJAR), we stand firmly against any form of discrimination and hate. As members of the NAR, we are bound by the Code of Ethics, which demands that we treat all individuals with respect and dignity. Article 10 of the Code of Ethics explicitly prohibits discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, national origin, sexual orientation, or gender identity.
