Data & Statistics

Womens Build 2025On Monday, May 12, 2025, a team of driven and compassionate women from NCJAR rolled up their sleeves and stepped onto the build site at 103 Valley View Drive in Rockaway, NJ, to support Habitat for Humanity’s transformative Women’s Build initiative.

From 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, the volunteers joined together for a full day of hands-on service, tackling a range of construction tasks such as painting, sweeping, and installing flooring. Whether they were seasoned pros or first-time builders, each participant embraced the spirit of the day—demonstrating the power of teamwork, resilience, and community impact.

Empowering Through Action
The Women’s Build initiative is more than just a day of construction—it’s a movement to empower women, challenge stereotypes, and advance housing equity. NCJAR is proud to support this mission, reaffirming our commitment to building stronger communities and elevating women in all aspects of life, including real estate and leadership.
