At NCJAR, we’re proud of our commitment to diversity and inclusiveness. We recognize the importance of celebrating Pride Month as it helps bring awareness to the rights and dignity of all LGBTQ+ individuals. The month of June reminded us that we must continue to support our LGBTQ+ communities by providing resources and advocating for equality.
Real estate agents have a unique role in helping LGBTQ+ individuals find or purchase their perfect home. Agents should be aware of the needs and concerns specific to this community, such as legal protections for same-sex couples when it comes to mortgages, tenancy laws, and other real estate related matters.
