Juneteenth marks the official end of slavery in the United States and celebrates freedom. It is a day to reflect on the collective experience of African Americans, their struggle for freedom and civil rights, and our shared hope for a more just future.
Here at NCJAR we recognize the importance of this holiday and will be taking time to celebrate its significance.
In celebration of Juneteenth, NCJAR Board Offices will be CLOSED on Monday, June 19th.
We will re-open at our regular business hours (M-F 9:00am-4:30pm) on Tuesday, June 20, 2023.
