The New Jersey Realtors® Leadership Academy is an eight-month program that includes five dynamic sessions. Each of the 12 selected participants will have the chance to cultivate essential skills in leadership, communication, public speaking, teamwork, and more. This immersive experience will not only enhance your capabilities but also allow you to connect with fellow aspiring leaders across the state.

To apply, a $250 deposit is required, which will be reimbursed for those not accepted into the program. For those who are accepted, the total tuition for the Leadership Academy is $1,000.
