The REALTORS® Relief Foundation (RRF) has appointed Gregory Hrabcak as the new vice president, along with directors David Legaz and JoAnne Poole. This strategic move aims to strengthen RRF's commitment to nationwide housing assistance during crises. Hrabcak, also the 2024 NAR treasurer, will become RRF president in 2025. With a focus on disaster relief, RRF, backed by NAR covering administrative costs, has provided over $41 million to 22,000 families since 2001. NAR President Tracy Kasper has resigned after receiving a threat related to a personal, non-financial matter. She reported the threat to law enforcement but decided to step down to protect the organization's integrity. President-elect Kevin Sears will assume the role immediately. The Leadership Team is committed to safeguarding the organization's governance, and NAR emphasizes its dedication to advocating for homeownership and ensuring transparent and competitive real estate markets. Kasper's service is appreciated, and the association remains focused on advancing the industry.
