Gov. Murphy announced new tools to protect New Jersey residents from increasing flood risks including an updated property condition disclosure form that will notify prospective buyers of a property's known flood history and flood risks, and an updated online flood area search tool. The Division of Consumer Affairs form is now available and will be required starting on March 20, 2024. New Jersey Realtors® will also update its Seller’s Property Condition Disclosure Statement and notify members once available.
