Seema AgnaniSeema Agnani is a remarkable community leader who has made a significant impact in the Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) community. She has dedicated her career to advocating for marginalized communities and ensuring that their voices are heard.

As the Executive Director of National Coalition for Asian Pacific American Community Development (National CAPACD), Seema has fought tirelessly for affordable housing, economic justice, and civil rights for AAPIs. Under her leadership, National CAPACD has become a leading national voice for AAPI communities, advocating for policies that protect the interests of low-income families and immigrants.

Prior to joining National CAPACD, Seema worked at the Asian American Justice Center, where she led campaigns to fight hate crimes and secure workplace protections for AAPI workers. She has also worked with organizations such as the National Council of La Raza and the National Partnership for Women and Families.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Seema is known for her commitment to mentorship and building strong relationships within the AAPI community. She serves on the board of several organizations, including the Asian American/Pacific Islanders in Philanthropy (AAPIP) and the Housing Assistance Council.

In recognition of her outstanding work, Seema has been honored with numerous awards, including the White House Champion of Change Award and the Asian American Hero Award from OCA National. She continues to be a powerful advocate for AAPI communities, inspiring others to join her in the fight for justice and equity.
