Who Qualifies?
To apply, families must meet the following requirements:

Provide a bank mortgage prequalification letter with application.

Applicants and all income-qualifying household members must be U.S. citizens or legal residents.

Meet minimum income thresholds: approximately $50,000 (low) or $80,000 (moderate).

Household income must also fall below maximum limits based on family size (e.g., $60,900–$97,440 for a household of 3; $89,300–$142,880 for a household of 6).
This ensures homes remain affordable for working families while promoting long-term housing stability.
