Congratulations to Brian Martinez of Premier Homes in Roselle Park, for being selected to receive the North Central Jersey Association of REALTOR® (NCJAR®) Rookie of the Year Award. The Rookie of the Year award is bestowed on a member who has been a REALTOR® for three years or less and displays exemplary work in both the business and community outreach sectors.
Before entering real estate, Brian was a driven high school student, salvaging and reselling items from dumpsters on eBay and Facebook Marketplace. Raised in a hardworking immigrant family, he learned early the value of hustle, heart, and humility.
By age 21, Brian made history as the youngest licensed agent in the U.S. to sell a $4.36 million mansion. Today, he’s involved in a $100 million beachfront resort development in Surf City, El Salvador—one of Central America’s most transformative projects.
Still, Brian’s focus remains local. He serves clients across New Jersey—from Sussex to Cape May—earning a reputation as a fierce negotiator and reliable closer, known in the industry as “B-Money.” He has closed millions in volume, not through shortcuts, but by outworking the competition—starting each day at 5 a.m. with unmatched drive and focus.
Outside of real estate, Brian volunteers at St. Anthony of Padua and Holy Rosary–St. Michael Catholic Church in Elizabeth. He enjoys football, fishing at the Jersey Shore, and giving back by visiting his former schools to inspire students who feel overlooked—just as he once did. Brian credits God, his family, and the American dream for everything he’s achieved.
Brian truly exemplifies what the REALTOR® “spirit” is all about, and we are very proud that he is a member of our NCJAR® REALTOR® family.
