Since its inception in 2021, North Central Jersey Association of Realtors Scholarship Fund has been a beacon of support for the families of our Realtor members, children, grandchildren, nieces, nephews. Each year, the fund awards five $1,000 scholarships to deserving candidates, making a significant impact on their educational journeys. The scholarship program is a testament to NCJAR's commitment to giving back to the community and fostering the growth of the next generation.The selection process for these scholarships is rigorous, reflecting the competitive nature of the program. In 2024, the NCJAR Scholarship Committee faced the challenging task of selecting five winners from over 60 applicants. Each application is carefully reviewed and rated by the committee, which takes into account the candidate's academic achievements, extracurricular involvement, and personal essay. The high number of applications this year underscores the growing demand for educational support and the value that the NCJAR Scholarship Fund provides.
Since 2021, the NCJAR Scholarship Fund has awarded tens of thousands of dollars to the families of our Realtor members.
