2026 REALTOR® of the Year: Jeffrey Kist

NCJAR proudly recognizes Jeffrey Kist as its 2026 REALTOR® of the Year for his outstanding leadership, dedication to professional education, and continued service to the real estate industry.
Jeffrey has served as Broker of Record for eXp Realty in New Jersey since 2017, overseeing more than 2,500 agents across 40 offices statewide. His leadership has played an important role in supporting agents, strengthening brokerage operations, and promoting professional excellence.
A REALTOR® since 2013, Jeffrey has dedicated many years to advancing professional standards and education. He has served on NCJAR's Professional Standards Committee for approximately ten years, including as Chair, and has contributed as an instructor for real estate pre-licensing and professional development courses.
His involvement extends to NJ REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®, where he has supported industry initiatives, professional standards, and advocacy efforts.
