The North Central Jersey Association of REALTORS® (NCJAR) proudly hosted its 2026 Annual Meeting on Friday, October 9, 2026, at The Westin Governor Morris in Morristown, NJ. With over 200 members in attendance, the event brought together real estate professionals, industry leaders, and Affiliate Business Partners for a morning of education, recognition, networking, and exciting announcements about the future of NCJAR.
Exploring the Future of AI in Real Estate
One of the highlights of the event was the featured presentation, "From Dreams to Reality: ChatGPT and the Future of AI-Powered Real Estate," delivered by nationally recognized REALTOR®, educator, and AI expert Carrie J. Little.
Carrie shared valuable insights into how ChatGPT and other AI-powered tools can help real estate professionals generate leads, create engaging marketing content, analyze market data, and improve business efficiency. Her presentation provided attendees with practical strategies to embrace technology and stay competitive in today's evolving real estate industry.

Special Guest Speakers and Industry Updates
NCJAR was honored to welcome Valerie Kologrivov and Emily Hicks from New Jersey REALTORS®, who joined us as special guest speakers and shared valuable information with attendees.
We also welcomed Catherine Best, who delivered a presentation about Public Strategies Impact, providing members with additional industry insights.
