On September 8th NCJAR held its annual Realtor Community care day in West Orange. It was a heartwarming event that exemplified the spirit of community and philanthropy. This special day brought together a dedicated team of volunteers who generously donated their time and energy to make a positive impact on the local community.
The focus of the event was on providing much-needed exterior maintenance work to homes in the West Orange area. Volunteers rolled up their sleeves and engaged in various tasks, including deck painting, grass cutting, and gardening. These efforts not only improved the aesthetic appeal of the homes but also enhanced the overall quality of life for the residents.
One individual who played a significant role in making this event a success was Chris Stanton of MLB Mortgage. His invaluable resources and contributions went a long way in ensuring that the tools needed for the maintenance work were readily available. Additionally, he provided food for the dedicated crew of volunteers, ensuring they remained energized and motivated throughout the day. We would also like to thank Karl Aubain, Fatima Santiago, and Helen Santana for their efforts in making the day a success.
NCJAR's Realtor Community Care Day was not just about physical improvements but also about fostering a sense of unity and camaraderie within the community. It was a day when people came together with a common purpose – to give back to their neighbors and make a positive difference in their lives.
In summary, the Realtor Community Care Day showcased the power of community involvement and the willingness of individuals to make a meaningful impact by contributing their time, resources, and expertise to improve the lives of others. It was indeed a great day of giving back and a shining example of the positive change that can be achieved when a community comes together.
