Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for the NJ Real Estate Commission (NJREC) Broker course, candidates must:
- Be continuously licensed as a salesperson for at least 3 years full time before taking the state exam or submitting a broker application.
- Attend at least 80% of classroom hours (24 hours per 30-hour course) and receive a passing grade on the school final exam, in accordance with NJAC 11:5-2.1.
