minimalistDear NCJAR Members,

As we approach the end of 2023, I want to take a moment to reflect on the challenges and triumphs we've experienced as individuals and as a community. In the spirit of unity and compassion, I would like to bring our attention to a matter of great importance - Suicide Prevention Awareness.

In our pursuit of justice, advocacy, and rehabilitation, let us not forget the profound impact we can have on each other's lives. As we enter a new year, it is crucial to renew our commitment to creating a supportive and empathetic environment for everyone.

I urge each one of you to take a moment to reach out to your colleagues, friends, and family members. Share resources and information about suicide prevention to raise awareness and provide support where it is needed. Let us be a beacon of hope and understanding for those who may be silently struggling.

As the year comes to a close, remember that a simple act of kindness or a genuine conversation can make a world of difference. If you or someone you know is facing difficulties, don't hesitate to seek help from mental health professionals, helplines, or support groups.

In the true spirit of NCJAR, let us extend our hands to those in need, fostering a culture of open communication and empathy. Together, we can contribute to a society where every life is valued and protected.

Thank you for your unwavering dedication to justice and rehabilitation. Wishing you all a peaceful and safe transition into the new year.

Sincerely,

Jerry Tuscano 2023 President, North Central Jersey Association of REALTORS® (NCJAR)
