Just to make sure you don't think you have reached the wrong website, we are alerting you to a change in the color scheme used on the GSMLS member site. Starting tomorrow (10/9), to improve the color contrast of our system we are replacing the red/salmon color currently used for buttons and some text with blue colors that are already in use elsewhere on our site.

Reminder: Closed Listing Policy

Please take the time now, prior to the end of year and Circle of Excellence application deadlines, to review listings that you sold or rented this year. Requests to update sold or rented listings must come from the Listing Office. Requests to update the listing agent, co-listing agent, selling agent, and/or co-selling agent should be emailed to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Requests must include the ML # and address of the listing to be changed along with correct Agent ID and Office ID.

Keep in mind that GSMLS' policies do not allow for such changes to be made between October 31st and January 26th. Requests received during that time will be held until January 27, 2025.
