New Jersey Realtors has developed a new Residential Listing Agreement Form which is available free to all members on their website as part of their Online Forms Product. It is listed as “Residential Listing Agreement.” We have been receiving calls, so to clear up any confusion, this Listing Agreement Form is not mandatory, and DOES NOT replace current MLS Listing Agreements. It is a company choice to use it or not. Anyone who attended the NJR Listing Agreement webinar on February 13, will receive the recording.
