At the recent NCJAR Annual Membership Meeting, the 2025 leadership team was officially elected. Congratulations to Jeffrey Jones, the new 2025 President, and Carolyn Bardach, the 2025 President-Elect, along with Melissa Florance Lynch, the incoming 2025 Treasurer and Secretary. The trustees and NAR directors were also recognized for their important roles.
A heartfelt thank you to Mary Cano for her 34 years of service as NCJAR CEO, as she transitions into a new role as instructor and consultant. Doug Tomson, a longtime Government Affairs Director at New Jersey Realtors, will succeed her as CEO starting in 2025.
