As Realtors®, we understand the importance of being involved in our communities, and one of the most impactful ways to do that is by voting. With 87.59% of Realtors® in New Jersey registered to vote, we have the potential to influence decisions that affect homeownership, real estate regulations, and the economy. However, in 2022, only 50.96% of NJ Realtors® cast their ballots. We can do better in 2024, and here’s how!
There are three convenient ways to vote in New Jersey, ensuring that you can make your voice heard, no matter your schedule:
1. Vote by Mail
Vote from the comfort of your home by requesting a mail-in ballot. Once completed, you can either mail it back or drop it off at a secure drop box in your county.
2. Early In-Person Voting
You can vote in person at designated early voting locations before Election Day. This option allows flexibility, so you don’t have to worry about scheduling conflicts on Election Day.
3. In-Person Voting on Election Day
Prefer to vote in person? Head to your polling place on Election Day and cast your ballot directly. If you’re unsure where to vote, you can find your polling place here.

Let’s aim to increase Realtor® voter turnout in 2024 and ensure our profession is represented in the decisions that shape our future!
