There are No Refunds/Credits/Swaps/Transfers - NCJAR does not give refunds to absent attendees. Please be sure that you can and will attend the event before you register.

Attendees are required to arrive ON TIME in order to be granted entrance. Please allow time for bad weather, accidents, road construction and traffic, etc. when planning your trip. We reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule a class/event due to insufficient registrations and or inclement weather.You must be signed in by the time the class starts. NO EXCEPTIONS! Early departures will not be granted credit.

REFUNDS: Tuition will be refunded if a class is cancelled or filled. Tuition will not be refunded for any reason on or after the first meeting of the class.

To qualify for a real estate salesperson's license an applicant must be 18 years of age or older, have a high school education or equivalency, complete a 75-hour pre-licensure and pass the license examination.

TO SATISFACTORILY COMPLETE ANY PRELICENSURE COURSE, THE NEW JERSEY REAL ESTATE COMMISSION REQUIRES THAT A STUDENT MUST ATTEND AT LEAST 80 PERCENT OF THE CLASSROOM HOURS REQUIRED FOR THE COURSE BY NJAC 11:5-2.1,AND RECEIVE A PASSING GRADE ON THE SCHOOL FINAL.
