What is a NRDS number?
A NRDS number is a unique number provided to you when joining an association. It’s a National Realtor Database number will always stay the same. To find your NRDS number, you can contact the board to provide it to you. Your broker may also have it as well.

How do I sign into ncjar.com?

To sign in to ncjar.com, you will need to use your NRDS# for the username AND for the password as well. (example: NRDS# is 123456789 – type that number into the username box, then type that number into the password box)

I’m a brand-new licensee. What do I need to do to join the board?

I’ve transferred brokerages. What do I need to do?

If you have transferred to another brokerage within NCJAR’s membership, we need the NCJAR Transfer Form completed and emailed in to us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. . If you were a member with the GSMLS, you would also need to complete their transfer form and send it in to us for a signature. Please note, there is a $25 transfer fee for NCJAR.

I am transferring from another board. What do I need to do?

You must first obtain a letter of good standing from your previous board. Once you have that letter, you will complete our NCJAR Membership Application, along with payment, and email in to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. The letter must be attached as well. The payment would be based on whether you paid your current years dues with your previous board.

I need a letter of good standing. How do I get one?

You can visit our Letter of Good Standing Request page, and we will email it to you or whomever requested one from you. Letters of good standing usually will be emailed out within the same business day.

Where can I find the credits that I’ve done/ what credits do I need left?

To check the CE courses you have taken:

  • Use this link for PSI - tracking system
  • You will now “LogIn” using the directions provided in the blue box.  See below:
    • USER ID:  type a capital L and then your license number (eg: L1234567)
    • PASSWORD:  type a capital L, then your license #, the last 4 digits of your SS#(eg:  L12345671234)
  • If you have logged onto this website before, but cannot remember your login information, you will have to contact PSI support 1-877-526-6833.
  • In order for you to renew your license with the NJREC, your Continuing Education must be completed by April 30th of each odd year

I want to purchase a lockbox.

First you need approval from the GSMLS. If you haven’t received it yet, contact the GSMLS to start the approval process – 983-898-1900

After you receive the approval to purchase, you can either come into one of our board locations during our business hours. Or you can call us and provide your information over the phone and have your lockbox ready for pickup when you come in.

How do I get a supra key?

To get a Supra ekey, you would need to follow instructions in your welcome email from the GSMLS.

  1. Login to https://mls.gsmls.com/member/
  2. Navigate to AGENT/OFFICE MGMT > Supra > New Supra eKey >
  3. Confirm your Office Info/Agent Info is correct
  4. Select REQUEST AUTHORIZATION
  5. Review account information
  6. Confirm you have read the GSMLS Rules & Regulations for Keybox System
  7. Enter your First, Last Name and Date
  8. Select Save
  9. Status will indicate Pending Broker Authorization
  10. ** Your Broker of Record or Office Branch Manager will then need to login to approve your eKey Authorization Request.

I no longer want to be a member of NCJAR.
