NCJAR News
On September 8th NCJAR held its annual Realtor Community care day in West Orange. It was a heartwarming event that exemplified the spirit of community and philanthropy. This special day brought together a dedicated team of volunteers who generously donated their time and energy to make a positive impact on the local community.
The focus of the event was on providing much-needed exterior maintenance work to homes in the West Orange area. Volunteers rolled up their sleeves and engaged in various tasks, including deck painting, grass cutting, and gardening. These efforts not only improved the aesthetic appeal of the homes but also enhanced the overall quality of life for the residents.
Let’s give a warm welcome to NJCAR’s Newest Affiliate Member, Hal Benz, Founder/Business Coach, of Transformative Action Coaching and Consulting, LLC.
“Like most entrepreneurs, my career has evolved through numerous phases. Originally trained as a medical family therapist, I moved into the world of health care administration. While the business aspect of this role was exciting, I missed the interpersonal connection of clinical work. Real estate sales became the forum where I was able to build a career that was both business oriented and people intensive. Over the following decades, I learned first-hand just what it takes to succeed as an entrepreneur!"
Today, I bring over two decades of field-tested experience and high-level coaching skills to help real estate agents & small business owners create the business that they want and the lives they deserve. My coaching places a special emphasis on improving business performance and outcomes, while finding satisfaction in the entrepreneurial journey. Creating work-life integration that enhances family & interpersonal relationships is a common theme in my coaching.” - Hal Benz
