The Power of 'R' is you and all you do to advocate for the real estate industry and the nation’s 75 million property owners -- in your community, at city hall, at the state house, and on Capitol Hill. Standing one million strong, REALTORS® help build vibrant communities; they help people achieve the American Dream of home ownership; and they champion accurate, reliable data as part of a real estate transaction.
The Problem: Congress provided a 5-year reauthorization of the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP), but severe implementation problems threaten to undermine real estate transactions where flood insurance is required to obtain a mortgage.

Do you hear that? Hummmmm. That's the delightful sound of normalcy. Buyers are buying, sellers are selling, lenders are lending and builders are building. Sure, this varies from region to region and even city to city within a region or state, but by and large, things are returning to normal. All major indices showcase fairly robust price recovery. Consumer confidence isn't what it could be, but it's sufficient for now.

With SO MANY agents out there, how does a buyer select one to help them purchase a home? They probably prefer an agent with some personal connecting point-either someone who has the knowledge and skills they desire or, at a minimum, shares their interests. Specialization can be an important way to stand out from a crowded field and say "See me! I'm your agent if you're interested in THIS".
Diversity is good business.
Your next prospect is waiting.
